• Article 2 – Customer Service

• Article 3: Products 

The products offered on the site www.lecrochetdemarine.com are accompanied by several photographs, a product sheet with the description of the materials and colors as well as the characteristics of each product. You will also find the features for customization.

This information is not contractual. The colors of the balls/threads may vary depending on the brightness of the screens but also on the batch number.

 

• Article 4: Validity of the order

The consumer acknowledges being fully informed of the fact that his agreement concerning the content of these general conditions does not require a handwritten signature. Any order validated by the consumer on the website www.lecrochetdemarine.com implies the prior acceptance of these general conditions.

During the confirmation of your order materialized by the sending of an email, you declare to accept the contents of this one as well as the entirety of the present general conditions of sale fully and without reserve. Your order will then be processed so that you can receive your package. You can print your order form. Upon registration of your order, a confirmation thereof will be sent to your email address. A confirmation will specify the exact amount that will be invoiced to you and the terms of delivery of your order. This confirmation implies acceptance of your order and will validate the transaction. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

These general conditions of sale express the entirety of the obligations and rights of both parties. Also, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions of the said conditions.

• Article 5 – Price and Terms of payment

The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros. They include the product, the packaging, the preparation of the order.

The payment of orders is made:

– by credit card via a secure platform

– by PayPal (www.paypal.fr)

Following the registration of the order, the buyer must pay the full amount of the order, which will only be sent upon receipt of payment and its validation by the bank.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order from a buyer with whom there is a previous payment dispute.

The seller is entitled to modify the price of the products at any time and without notice due to the economic context and the increase in prices by the various suppliers.

• Article 6: Terms of delivery

The products can be delivered in all countries of the world, to the address of your choice, in accordance with the elements that you have provided to us. MARINE A declines all responsibility in the event of delay or absence of delivery resulting from the transmission of erroneous or incomplete information concerning the delivery address that you have indicated to us. The delivery time can vary according to the order book, between 2 to 5 days for the Haberdashery category (same day or next day shipping) and 2 to 6 weeks for the creations, this can vary depending on the time of year. The risk of transport is fully borne by the buyer.
In the event of missing or damaged goods, the buyer must formulate his request by email upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must also be sent in writing within five days of delivery.

All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Concerning the delivery, we propose the sending in letter followed, Colissimo or Mondial Relay. As stipulated on our site, the delivery times announced relate to the postal services. The delivery time is therefore very different from the manufacturing time.

From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are as follows:

– 2 to 3 working days by letter followed for France.

– 5 to 10 working days by letter followed for international.

– 2 to 5 working days by Colissimo for France.

– 5 to 10 working days by Colissimo for international shipments.

– 3 to 6 days in Mondial Relay for France

 

 

MARINE A and La Poste being separate and independent entities, MARINE A cannot be held responsible for any delay or error in delivery or loss of parcels by the Post Office.

Please check the delivery address you provide carefully. If this is incorrect and the package has been returned to us, we will be obliged to invoice you again for the postage costs for the re-shipment.

 

• Article 7: Return of products.

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, for all distance selling operations, the buyer has a period of seven days from the delivery of his order to return the product to the seller. for exchange or refund, without penalties except for return costs.

Exception for all personalized items, no return can be made. (All items in the Bikinis, Crop tops or other items made to order by the customer.)

Any defect concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package) must imperatively be notified the same day of receipt to MARINE A's Customer Service by email addressed to pro.marinea@gmail.com.

• Article 8: Quality charter

All our products are guaranteed made in FRANCE. The balls of the Scheepjes brand come from HOLLAND.

• Article 9 – Protection of personal data

All elements, brands, designs, models, logos, music, graphics. etc appearing on the site www.lecrochetdemarine.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of MARINE A. All the models presented on this site are protected by the law on intellectual property (articles L111-1 and following of the intellectual property code ).
No reproduction, even partial, other than those provided for in article L122-5 of the intellectual property code may be made of this site without the express written authorization of MARINE A. Certain models are registered with the INPI .

All data belonging to MARINE A is protected and will be subject to legal action if used.
